The reference desk is your first stop for help with printing, scanning, faxing, accessing e-books and e-audiobooks, and navigating our digital resources. But what if you have a problem that’s a bit more complicated?

Now you can sign up for one-on-one tech help right here on our website. Whether you’re using your own computer or device or one of ours, why not borrow a librarian for an hour to help you with a major task or try to troubleshoot your device? We might not have the miracle fix you’re looking for, but we will try to get through your challenges with you, and if we can’t help you with a solution, we can help find someone who can.

If you would just like to learn the basics and build skills, you can also sign up for our Technology Works classes, held every other Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. starting on August 6. Please feel free to drop us a line about what kinds of topics you would like to see!

Of course, you can always call (978-256-5521, ext. 1211) or come in with any questions related to technology.
