…I don’t much care what happens in the immediate aftermath of my death… but ….please, don’t do anything sad… Let there be parties … but not the parties where men like me stand around silent because we can never think figure out when it’s our time to talk. Throw a party like an open mike, people sign up, wait for their names to be called and everybody sits and , sipping coffee and tea. Let there be jokes and , and music let there be poetry. But most of all let there be listening –let this be an interlude of with one person at a time speaking,
and everyone else listening….”
