Author David Daniel will talk about how writers, past and present, use some of the techniques of a painter to create vivid images and descriptions in their writing.

David is author of more than a dozen books, including entries in a prize-winning mystery series set in the Merrimack Valley. He teaches at the Lowell Middlesex Academy Charter School and at UMass Lowell.
