H1N1 Flu Shot Clinics

The Chelmsford Board of Health has scheduled two free H1N1 flu shot clinics for Chelmsford residents. These clinics offer injections only, and no pre-registration is required, but please note the age restrictions:

Chelmsford residents ages 18 and older:
Date: Thursday, January 7, 2010
Time: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Location: Chelmsford Senior Center

Chelmsford residents ages 6 months to 17 years:
If this is your child's second shot, please bring documentation of when they received their first shot
