Money Magazine ranked Chelmsford, MA, in the top 25 Best Places To Live for 2007!

Chelmsford was ranked 21st overall, with the survey focusing on "smaller places that offered the best combination of economic opportunity, good schools, safe streets, things to do and a real sense of community" as important criteria.
